"I believe that change is possible and by working together, you can start seeing improvement within a relatively short period of time."

About Me

Hello! I am Veronica Siffert, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas (License # 54061). After relocating from Louisiana to Texas, I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. I have over eleven years of experience treating clients with various mental health needs.

I believe that therapy is most successful with a genuine, respectful and collaborative approach, which I provide in each session. You are an expert in your own life -- by working together, we can focus treatment on meaningful areas where you seek personal improvement. Combining your insights with my expertise allows us to collaborate and personalize your treatment. I will offer feedback and ideas, explore your thoughts or concerns that stand in the way of your progress, and recommend things to work on and read outside of session to maximize your progress in therapy.

I integrate various therapeutic interventions (cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, solution focused, problem solving) to help you identify, develop and maintain lasting changes and benefits beyond our time in therapy.

Whether we work on processing difficult situations you experienced, developing healthy thoughts and behaviors, improving communication, managing stress, or working to improve relationships, our work together will improve your quality of life.

In my personal life, I enjoy road cycling, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
